General Subscription Terms

• Benefits are available only while the subscription is active and the account is current.

• Subscription benefits are intended for the enrolled customer and the vehicle(s) identified at enrollment, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Brown’s Service Center reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse service where necessary for safety, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

• Subscription benefits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly permitted.

• Unused benefits expire at the end of the applicable subscription term and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

• Customers are responsible for all charges not specifically included in the subscription.

• Brown’s Service Center may modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription benefits upon notice, subject to applicable law.

• Cancellation, renewal, refund, and payment terms are governed by the customer’s subscription agreement.

• Services are subject to availability and may be delayed or limited by weather, emergencies, staffing, parts availability, vehicle condition, or other circumstances beyond Brown’s Service Center’s reasonable control.

• Multi-Vehicle Discount: Each additional eligible vehicle enrolled under the same customer account receives a 50% discount off the listed subscription price. The discount applies only to the subscription fee for each additional vehicle and does not apply to services, parts, taxes, fees, or other charges unless expressly stated. All vehicles must be registered to the same customer or household and remain in good standing. The discount may not be combined with other promotions, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued upon notice, subject to applicable law.
